Domestic Orders & Delivery

Orders will be processed within 1 working day. All orders are despatched via courier and will arrive 3-5 working days from placement of order (Major City Centres). Outlying areas may take 5-10 working days depending on 2nd party courier. If our courier does not service your area, we will send Postnet to Postnet. There are over 350 conveniently situated Postnet locations. Postnet deliveries are 3-5 working days.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please email admin@dirtyindigo.co.za with your order number and a photo of the garment.

International Orders & Delivery

International orders are shipped through registered mail with a tracking number. Progress can be tracked online. We quote 7-21 working days delivery. Customs and Import Duties levied by the receiving country are the Purchasers responsibility.

We are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit and we do not accept returns on International orders. Postage charges are levied as follows for postage on ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
1 to 3 Tees – R350
4 to 6 Tees – R500

Please contact us should you wish to order more than 6 tees in order for us to quote you for postage.

How do I pay for my order?

All payments are handled by Payfast where you can pay with all major credit cards and debit cards.

Tax Deduction

Please bear in mind that everything ordered from our web shop is shipped from South Africa. This means that if you live outside South Africa, you can and probably will be charged for tax, duty, import and brokerage fees when receiving the package. This is why we deduct the South African VAT from your order in the checkout as we don’t want our customers to pay two different taxes from two different governments. The tax deduction will be shown in the subtotal in the checkout section.

As a customer, you are responsible for payment of any such import taxes and/or duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and/or taxes of your package since these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Please note that Dirty Indigo don’t take any part of these charges and are out of our control. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office before placing your order for current charges, so you are not surprised by charges you are not expecting. UPS / DHL will invoice you for these charges upon delivery through cash, check or invoice and needs to be paid in order to collect the parcel.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please do so within 5 working days of delivery. To arrange please request an exchange at admin@dirtyindigo.co.za Please note the garment must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and UNDAMAGED, with the swing tag still attached.

Once we have received your item, the exchanged garment will be delivered to you at a service fee of R 99,00.

Detailed description of goods and/or services
Dirty Indigo is a business in the clothing industry that manufactures and sells a variety of clothing items.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way of email.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Dirty Indigo is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Drty Indigo will refund the client
in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

Customer Privacy policy
Dirty Indigo shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal
information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Dirty Indigo via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Dirty Indigo separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For
more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
Dirty Indigo takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Dirty Indigo chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, admin@dirtyindigo.co.za .

Variation
Dirty Indigo may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
